Social Skills Group for TEENS forming now! We are running our dynamic teenager social skills group again and it will be starting the second week of August at our Main Street location. We will be working on making and keeping friends, picking up on social innuendo; and altogether empowering your teenagers to feel confident, make great choices and reach for their dreams. Contact our office to register your teenager. Group is limited to six teens.

Pathways For Change, Children's Counseling Center and Connecting Points: Workshops and Enrichment for Kids, have joined together to bring you the best of everthing for your children's growth and development.

Connecting Points offers many opportunities for children to connect with other children their own age, who may share many of the same obstacles life throws their way! Whether it's social skills development, or an academic concern, Connecting Points has you covered! We provide ongoing social skills groups for children of all ages, including teens! And academic support is always available in the way of tutoring, "Earobics" for reading enhancement, teacher consultations, parent help, etc. Contact Kim Clinchy, MEd for more information @610-509-6556.

Pathways for Change Children's Counseling Center stives to be a parent's center for resources for raising their children. We offer free monthly parent workshops, individual counseling, play therapy, school consultations, family counseling, and weekly parent support groups.  It is our goal to support you in any way we can as you navigate life's ups and downs with your child.

Social Skills Groups! Register Now for our April 2 group! We will group the children by ages so they get the most out of group!

Monthly parenting education & support group forming! You asked for it, we are bringing it to you starting in March! Jodi Merrill, MA & Kim Clinchy, MEd will be co-facilitating a one hour workshop once per month with varying topics on parenting. We will be discussing great new discipline techniques, overcoming homework hassles, kids and time management, structure, organization (maybe with a professional organizer's guest appearance!) and many more topics. We now offer psychological/educational testing and assessment

Pathways For Change now offers testing and assessment for ADD/ADHD, learning difficulties and disabilities, IQ achievement, behavioral concerns and more. If your child is struggling in school with low focus ability, low academic achievement, or an inability to grasp an understanding of core subjects, contact our office to set up an initial evaluation to determine if testing is needed. Children who have an undiagnosed learning disability struggle daily in school to keep up with their peers. This can lead to an oppositional attitude, low self-esteem, and behavior problems both in school and at home. 

We will work with you and your child as a team to provide comprehensive evaluations, clear and easy to understand reports, and thorough consultation and advocacy to facilitate the implementation of assessment recommendations.

Our reports put your child, rather than the diagnosis, at the center of our treatments plans and goals. We will provide realistic recommendations which are consistent with your child and your family's actual resources. 

Our assessments can pinpoint attentional problems with or without comorbid learning disabilities. Our results will get you and your child going on the path to success.

*Pervasive developmental delays

*Learning disabilities
